Our staff is dedicated to keeping up with the latest styles and trends in salon and spa services. We actively participate in national and regional classes that provide our staff with fresh perspective and skills.
We make every effort to schedule your appointment at a convenient time. To avoid scheduling difficulties, we suggest that you schedule your next appointment after completion of your hair, nail, or spa service.
Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow our staff to accommodate other clients. We request 72 hour notification for cancellation of spa packages. (We do understand that emergencies may occur that do not allow 24/72 hour notification.)
Supervised children are welcome any time, or by appointment. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the spa area.
Please help our staff to maintain their schedule by arriving a few minutes early for your appointment. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early so that we can enter your information into our database.
We provide hair care services for men, women and children of all age ranges. Day spa services are reserved for clients over the age of 18. Written parental permission is required for day spa services for children between the ages of 15-18.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days to schedule another appointment.

Salon and Day Spa Cancellation Policies
Services at Paul Hyland Salon and Day Spa are primarily "by appointment." Last minute cancellations and no-shows can have a great impact on our stylists and technicians.
- We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Bridal, Prom, Special Occasion and Multiple Service Bookings-
We require a 50% deposit to reserve appointments for Bridal Parties, Prom, Special Occasion or multiple services booked on the same day exceeding $150. (Multiple services are defined as 2 or more services for 1 guest or 2 or more guests in the same party receiving 1 or more services.) Deposits can be made with a credit card or gift card number and deposits will be applied to the service total upon completion of services.
Deposits are not refundable unless cancellation or rescheduling is completed 4 days prior to the reserved appointment(s) for Bridal Parties, Prom, Special Occasion, or multiple services booked on the same day exceeding $150.
We guarantee your satisfaction with all retail product purchases. We match competitors’ prices. (Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.)
We prefer cash or check but accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Credit card purchases are limited to payment for services, retail purchases and gratuities.
We accept chipped cards and Apple Pay.
