What is the reward program?  Our salon reward program was created as a way to thank you for being our client.  Points are awarded every time you visit and can be redeemed for any product or service in our salon and day spa.  Our reward program was launched November 1st, 2008.

How do you enroll in the reward program?  It's easy!  All clients will automatically be enrolled in our reward program and all points will be tracked on our in-house computer.  You can check your point total any time you visit the salon.

How do I accumulate points?  You accumulate points through everday interactions with Paul Hyland Salon and Day Spa (excluding gift card purchases).  

Below is a list of ways you can accumulate reward points:

    1 point will be awarded for every dollar spent on products and services.

    500 points will be awarded for referring a new client to Paul Hyland             Salon and Day Spa.  Write your name on the back of your favorite             stylist/technician's business card and pass them out to your friends!

    500 points will be awarded to existing clients who try a new service for     the first tiime!  Here's a nice bonus for trying out one of our wonderful         spa services or changing your look with beautiful new hair color.                  (excluding facial waxing and paraffin dips)

    500 points will be awarded to new clients who pre-book their next             service at check-out.

How much are reward points worth?  100 reward points = $1.00 credited to your reward point account.

How and when can I redeem my reward points?  When your account has reached 2000 pionts, you can redeem your points for $20 credit toward any product or service.  There is no expiration date for reward points! (Points are not reedemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another client.  Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.)

What about your Dermalogica and Retail Reward Cards?  Keep using those cards!  We are running our salon reward program in tandem with our retail reward card programs...it's like getting double points for retail purchases!
